That's for Laci

Today, just as any other day, I asked Daniel what beverage he wanted to have with lunch. At random, not paying much attention, I grabbed a cup from the cupboard and poured his beverage. Throughout lunch Daniel did not touch the cup and finally he says to me "Mommy this is for Laci". I realized at that point that I had poured his beverage into a cup that had Disney Princesses on it. I told Daniel that it was okay, the juice inside the cup was for him. Daniel repeated again "Mommy this cup is for Laci" and was not going to use the princess cup. Accepting my mistake, I took another cup from the cabinet and poured the juice from the princess cup into the new cup. Daniel gladly drank every last drop of the juice at that point. I guess we all have to take a stand some where and this was a subject he was not willing to budge on. Good for you Dan!
